Nikolas Zalonis is a Chef from Greece with more than 10 years in the culinary industry and he is on the way to his first Michelin Star.

He is passionate about food and new techniques and he combines flavours of 2 cultures, the Scottish and the Greek, to offer a unique gastronomic experience.
